I offer Spiritual Life Coaching to help individuals understand and go for their dreams, and ambitions. The process is clarifying and defining and helps people to move forward confidently and empowered, once they have understood their reasons, motivations, and direction. I’m here to give support to those that are ready to step into their own divinity and sovereignty as a Human Being. I have coached hundreds of individuals and know that this process is life changing. I now offer channeled wisdom to complement the coaching sessions if this is requested by clients.
For truly transformational results I recommend a three month commitment for working together. This gives time to embed new paradigms, ways of being, thinking and practising.

- An initial channeled online consultation with Tarp to give guidance on life path +
- 1 initial 60-90 minute consultation with Gayle.
- On going amendments & adaptations to your journey according to changes and results as we find them.
- 40 minute weekly calls over the phone or zoom along with email support
- 2 follow up 60 minute consultations with Gayle by zoom

How it will look:
After an appointment is booked, I shall send you a questionnaire (by email) and ask you to fill it in and return it to me by the consultation day.
The initial consultation I will be channeling Tarp, who will give guidance to any challenges or problems you are facing, to relay teachings or methods for you to create positive change in yourself and detailed guidance as to your path, purpose and life’s greater picture. Their primary intention is to assist you into greater awakening and consciousness, so you let more ‘light’ into your life. Understanding your human objective, empowering you into your gifts in this incarnation and to raise you to a higher vibrational frequency and to gain understanding on your Souls’ purpose.
We will then schedule a second consultation with me.
During the second consultation with me, and taking into consideration what Tarp has said, we shall discuss in detail your main desires/issues/challenges, habits and lifestyle factors that may contribute to how you are feeling and where you find yourself currently in life. I may use a range of tools such as meditation, holistic coaching tools, energy practises, breath work, yoga therapy, hypnotherapy, NLP, affirmation, prayer and work in trance.
We will follow up over the remaining weeks with weekly calls, two full consultations, and email support feedback, amend, tweak and make adaptations to your journey.
Initial Coaching Consultation

During the initial consultation we shall discuss in detail your main desires/issues/challenges, habits and lifestyle factors that may contribute to how you are feeling and where you find yourself currently in life. I may use a range of tools such as meditation, holistic coaching tools, energy practises, breath work, yoga therapy, hypnotherapy, NLP, affirmation, prayer and work in trance.
I shall then give you my intuitive guidance, and professional recommendations, and we will agree together on a suitable journey plan of progression and awakening that would be most helpful, but also simple and achievable for you. I shall put this in writing for your reference and ease.
I will be happy to collaborate with any other practitioner(s) that you are already seeing, and strongly encourage you to let them know about the spiritual/ conscious/energetic/lifestyle changes that you are/will be making. (60-90 minutes)
Follow-Up Consultation
£115
A follow-up consultation is recommended after 4-6 weeks (or earlier, if required) in order to feedback and evaluate your progress and continue your journey, making any necessary changes and implementing any new techniques or practises. If required, email and telephone support will be available between appointments for an additional charge. We shall discuss your progress, and any experiences /challenges that have come up, as well as the positive aspects and any impact that has already begun to happen. We will “tweak” your roadmap, readdress your intentions taking a step-by-step approach, to progress towards better improved version of you and your consciousness. Whether that be for greater vitality and energy/ shift to a new way of being and life, greater health, wealth, relationships and happiness. 45 minutes
Initially reticent to announce I was doing Spiritual life coaching, I was "contacted" by three separate individuals, who did not know one another or my website, who had received messages during meditation that I may be able to help. When I acknowledged that I could, and asked how they got my email, each replied, “I got guidance in meditation" I took this as a sign to go ahead and offer my services as a stepping stone for others, to self heal and develop.
Each session is highly individual, since needs are ever-changing, and no other person is exactly the same. Sometimes you may need energy healing, other times you may require assistance figuring out what to do next in your life or how to deal with a particular challenge. I can help you align yourself with your spiritual gifts and higher purpose to feel prosperous and successful in life, understand the inner messages and lessons to be learned. I can help you choose between various possibilities to create the life you most wish for. I can help you identify traumas, and stuck energies so that they can be worked through and gotten out of the way to You being fully Realised and Awakened to who You truly are.
